If you’re a leader in a church-related organization who accompanies young adults in the vocational exploration of Christian ministry, applications are now open for Discernment Labs.
This 18-month cohort-based experience is for those interested in learning and innovating together to strengthen how they journey with young adults.
Using FTE’s DISCERN Together Framework, participants will reflect on their own practices, discover new strategies, and build their capacity to support young adults exploring God’s call in their lives.
The program provides access to up to $15,000 in grant funding to develop and pilot a project in your unique context, culminating in a closing retreat to share learnings and celebrate new possibilities for ministry.
