Auburn Seminary’s Emerging Leaders Program

Imagine a space where your passion for social wellbeing, authentic dialogue, and learning in diverse community can come alive.

Auburn Theological Seminary is excited to offer the Auburn Program for Emerging Leaders. This dynamic, multi-faith leadership development experience is crafted intentionally for emerging faith leaders ages 18–35. Beginning with a four-day in-person intensive to be held October 13-16, 2025 on the grounds of the Washington National Cathedral—and followed by 12 monthly virtual sessions— the program is designed to empower participants with the practical skills, real-world strategies, and supportive network needed to lead in today’s ever-changing social and religious landscape.

Anyone between 18 and 35 can apply to join us for this program. Travel in the US, lodging, and meals are provided free of cost to selected Fellows. Applications are due by July 25. Applicants will be notified by August 12.

You can find the application here. For more information about the program and methodology, visit https://auburnseminary.org/emerging-leaders/.
