Cohorts are designed for faith formation leaders—including volunteers, educators, youth workers, campus ministers, CREs, and pastors, and offer a collaborative space to learn from one another, share ideas, and strengthen ministry together.

These free, four-week learning communities bring ministry leaders together for meaningful conversation, shared learning, and practical support. Each 90-minute cohort meets once a week during October 12–November 2 and is led by an ICF-trained coach.
