The new FTE Ministry Fellowship invites college sophomores and juniors to join a vibrant community of peers discerning vocational ministry.
This one-year fellowship begins with an opening retreat, followed by a self-guided six-week course, “Discerning Pathways to Ministry.” This journey ends with the opportunity to craft a ministry project to boldly pursue a call to ministry or to facilitate discernment among your peers.
After submitting a successful proposal, you’ll receive a $4,000 grant to bring your vision to life over the following year. The fellowship wraps with a closing retreat for fellows to gather, celebrate, reflect, and share the impact of their work.
More than a program, the FTE Ministry Fellowship is a chance to discover your calling, grow as a leader, and serve alongside others.
If you know any students discerning a call to ministry who would benefit from this fellowship, we encourage you to nominate them.
Applications are due January 15, 2026.
