New UKirk Resource!

Are you looking for a simple, creative way to capture end-of-the-year memories? Considering using one of these UKirk coloring pages!

To celebrate your community on a single page, invite folks to write a meaningful memory from the year in one of the blank spaces on 1A or B. You can also invite participants to add their name in a blank space as you all verbally share memories from the year.

In the style of Praying in Color by Sybil MacBeth, write a person, place, or situation in one of the blank spaces, and spend time in prayer for that thing as you color the shapes around it. (Any page could work, but 1 and 2 have bigger spaces for words.) These can be focused on the end of the semester and summer plans/hopes after graduation, or be more general.

For an Offering or Prayers of the People, cut 2B into individual rectangles. Invite people to write their name in the center of one, then color the border based on how they’re feeling that day (for a more detailed prompt, use the color chart on page 66 of 2024’s UWorship resource).

With any of these ideas, create a community collage using 1 as the centerpiece and inviting community members to add their versions of 2 or 3 around it. Feel free to add your community’s logo, name, or a special bible verse or quote to the center of 1C.

Keep it simple and enjoy some quiet time coloring these pages however you want. 🙂
