The impact UKirk network ministries are having in the lives of thousands of students across the country is life-changing. Every day our 200+ ministries housed in congregations, presbytery offices and independent 501(c)3 organizations are welcoming both Presbyterian and non-Presbyterian students into worship services, bible studies, retreats, Friendsgiving meals, weekly gatherings, and mission opportunities beyond campus that are inviting them into authentic Christian communities where all belong. They are offering a powerful witness of a faith that is grounded in God’s abundant love that offers students the opportunity to explore what that means for their lives and enables them to find their place in the beloved community where they are invited to live out Christ’s mission of justice, mercy, and grace.
It is a joy and honor for the national UKirk organization to walk alongside ministries on campuses large and small and accompany collegiate ministers as they do this challenging, transformative work. We believe our 2026 Strategic Plan will allow UKirk to more fully live into God’s calling for our ministries to be known as Christian communities that welcome all students to experience and explore God’s inclusive love.
As we approach the end of 2023, we are thrilled to share that because of the financial gifts of 100% of our UKirk board and the generosity of a donor we are launching a Matching Gift Challenge where every donation given between November 27th and December 31st up to $12,500 will be doubled $1 for $1!
