The Vocational Imagination Fellowship is a 9-month leadership and discernment program for college students who want to
explore questions of vocation, purpose, and call. As a Fellow, you will be invited to participate in a 3-day retreat alongside other student leaders, join a monthly cohort of other Fellows, and facilitate peer-led vocational discernment experience in your campus ministry.
WHO’S IT FOR?
We’re seeking undergraduate or graduate students who are:
Active participants in a campus ministry
Curious about ministry, justice, service, or vocational questions
Interested in exploring a call to ministry or in discerning vocation more broadly
Thoughtful, reflective, and open to the Spirit’s movement in their lives
Eager to lead their peers with care and humility
WHAT FELLOWS RECEIVE:
$1,500 student fellowship stipend
An all expenses paid, three-day immersive discernment retreat (September 11-13)
Monthly online cohort gatherings for reflection and support
Training and accompaniment from MLC and campus ministry mentors
A fully written curriculum tool to be implemented with your peers on campus
Real leadership experience facilitating a vocational discernment offering for peers
WHAT CAMPUS MINISTRIES RECIEVE:
$1,000 program support grant to cover staff time, materials, and implementation
A turnkey vocational discernment curriculum ready for immediate use
Access to training and coaching from MLC
A student leader trained to help extend the reach of their ministry
A resource that deepens theological reflection without adding program burden
