The World Student Christian Federation-US (WSCF-US) invites undergraduate students, graduate students, and young adults (age 18-35) currently living in the U.S. to join the movement of Christian students and young adults around the world who are committed to living out their faith as agents for justice, healing, and liberation.
Their 2024 conference “Embodied Faith: Christian Students Organizing for a New World,” will be held October 3-6 in Washington, D.C.. Their goal is to equip students and young adults with the tools and confidence to participate in movements for social change under the guidance of 1 Corinthians 12:12-27.
During the conference, participants will explore social change ecosystems, creative expression as resistance, history of student movements, and more. They will practice embodying faith through art, music, discussion, and organizing as a network of young Christians. Small group reflections, workshops, shared meals, and worship will all provide ways for students and young adults to examine their role in social movements as individuals and as a collective body of people following the revolutionary way of Jesus.
